1 Plastic mould Testing steps and actions

C. When loading Plastic mould, it should be aligned with the center point of the mold before carrying out the mold work. The mold must be locked and checked whether the high-pressure clamping is effective. The clamping force is determined by the size of the mold. High pressure required for small molds 40 ~ 65 PMa; After the mold clamping pressure is adjusted, the switch mold is adjusted to the normal speed for low pressure time, distance, pressure, and speed adjustment work. Low pressure work is important during normal production. The reason for mold damage is Mold damage caused by incomplete work done at low pressure.

D. When clearing the material tube, other color materials and impurities in the material tube should be removed to reduce the injection pressure. Holding pressure. Injection time. Holding time. Reduce the pressure to 50PMa; then increase according to the condition of the product. Adjust to the required pressure. The samples of low pressure forming condition and medium pressure forming condition are compared with the samples of high pressure forming condition to analyze the flow channel method.

E. Manually test the mold before testing, confirm whether the demolding operation is smooth, and return. When spraying the test mold, spray the mold release agent to the master mold first, and then adjust the position of the demolding mode after forming.

F. The number of mold trials is based on the production tube notification sheet. Before each trial operation, the mold department must be notified to confirm the mold trial operation; after the product is tested, it is reviewed by the customer. Fill out the molding condition record form and mold status table after the review is completed.

G. When the mold test is completed, the mold is sprayed with rust inhibitor first, and the mold is lowered to the mold section for modification.

H. Each time the mold is tested, the mold must be tested in accordance with the above items. The exact time of the mold test and the test personnel sent by the superior must not be tested.
2, important points for trial
When we receive a new Plastic mould that needs proofing, we always want to try a result earlier and pray for a smooth process to avoid wasting man-hours and causing confusion. But here we must remind two points:

A. As soon as the Plastic mould is opened, check the mold to make sure that all the mechanisms of the mold are smooth. If the problem stops immediately, to avoid unnecessary seriousness, the reciprocating action is repeated without problems for the next few times.

B. Before performing the injection action, confirm the mold locking force. The finished product of the first mold can only be shot to 80% of the full mold. When there is no problem, test under normal conditions to confirm that the sample meets the customer's standard. Under normal conditions, the high pressure is 20PMa and the low pressure is 10PMa. Under normal conditions, for mold analysis, please remember that all operations must be performed at low pressure and low band.
