What should be paid attention to during mold transportation

2020-01-04
The technical requirements for mold handling and transportation are not very high, but it should be noted that the mold should not be allowed to collide slightly during transportation, so as not to cause wear, deformation and breakage of the mold. Therefore, there must be strict requirements on the packaging, and the details must be in place.
The following describes the packaging and transportation of molds in detail:
Packaging and transportation ofmolds
        1. Common molds: (Small molds) After all the molds are oiled, they are individually packed in plastic bags with the company logo, and packaging glue Paper seal. Pack the product with a bubble film until you can't feel the mold by pinching. Take into account the beauty.
        2. Large mold: After the mold is oiled, first wrap it with a bubble film, then wrap it tightly with hard paper, seal it with adhesive tape, and finally tighten it with packing tape.
        3. Plastic mold: After the mold is oiled, put it in a plastic bag first, and then wrap it with a bubble film.
4, mirror mold must use special packaging materials (such as absorbent cotton, etc.), you can not use a brush for oiling, the bright surface can not be touched.
        5. Pay attention to the rust prevention of the surface. Long-distance transportation must be sprayed with rust inhibitor, and the mold must be wrapped in a large bag and the air drawn out.
        6. Pay attention to the fixed packaging. There are also many protrusions such as water holes on the outside of the mold. These parts must be protected against collisions.
7 After the mold, the mold safety device must be fixed. The movable mold is opened during transportation and a collision occurs.
        8. It is best to pack the individual parts or spare parts into boxes, and do not put them in the same package with the mold itself. Put together, there is a risk of collision during transportation.
When the mold is transported, it must be repacked into a cardboard box or wooden box. The mold is placed on a wooden pallet, and a wooden bar is nailed to the wooden pallet to secure the mold around to prevent the mold from sliding during transportation. In addition, the upper and lower molds should be tied with iron wires to prevent mold damage. Wooden boxes are required to be dry and tidy. And the mold and the mold are separated by a buffer material. The cushioning material is required to be free of maggots, mold, and fatigue. The cushioning material is generally made of cardboard, foam and other pads. Finally, seal the box. Paste the label. Indicate no collision. This basically meets the requirements for long-distance transportation.
